Flash animated templates
Flash animated html templates are edited with Macromedia Flash MX or Macromedia Flash MX 2004 and some html editor like Dreamweaver or Frontpage. All flash animated html template are delivered with a PSD version. More information in the preview of each template. To edit the flash part of these templates, you need Macromedia Flash MX. A one month free trial can be downloaded at Macromedia.
Html templates
Htmnl templates are easiest to edit. To edit the html code you need a html editor like Dreamweaver ot Frontpage. If you want to make use of the Psd file you need Photoshop or any psd compatible software.

Q. What files do I get with my template purchase?
A. Please see each preview for information. In all cases, you get all original files and have access to the whole design.
Q. What can be edited?
Everything in the template can be edited by yourself. To be able to edit, you need some knowledge about the required software.
Q. How long before I get my template after payment.
A. Usually it takes no more than 24h. In rare cases it can take up to 72h. If your order is good, it usually do not take more than an hour or often just a couple of minutes.
Q. Is there a money back guarantee?
A. No. The reason is that computer files can not be returned as regular goods can. If any files is damaged, you will be provided with new ones that work. Your moneu wil be refunded only if there is an obvuios error in the files delivered and we caanot solve it in a reasonabla time.
Q. I am no designer, can I learn?

Q: What files do I get after the transaction has been processed?
A: What you get would be a compressed .ZIP file. You will need to unzip it before you actually can edit the template. If you do not have Winzip tool installed in your machine, please visit http://www.WinZip.com or http://www.Pkware.com . After unzipping the files, you will see inside the folder the source files (.fla) as well as fonts files we used for the particular template. You will need to installed the fonts to your system if you haven’t had those fonts already. After you do that, you can open your .fla file with the Macromedia Flashsoftware. A one month free trial of it can be found here http://www.macromedia.com/software/. You can also find a used version of the required software at eBay, it will save you quit much money.

Q: What is the FLA file?
A: A FLA file (that with a .fla extension) is the source, or editable version of the flash template. From here you can modify your template and produce FLA files for presentation via the web. With the FLA file, you can export the SWF files.
Q: What is a SWF file?
A: A SWF file (that with a swf extension) is a compiled, viewable only, flash file. You would use this format by way of means of presenting through the web. You can export this file along with the HTML file in Flash MX if you have the .fla file. By placing the .swf files and .html files in the root directory of your server, it will become your website!
Q: Do I have to be a Flash expert to edit the template?
A: While it’s not as easy as MS Frontpage or Dreamveaver to edit in Flash MX, it’s still relatively hassle free with the advancement of Flash. By using the Edit -> Find next function in Flash MX 2004 or newer Flash software (note, this is not available in older versions of Flash), you can easily search for all the text in the Flash templates. Fpr example: Find "FlashMX2004.jpg"
Q: What kind of modifications can I do to the templates?
A: You can add content, incorporate your logo(s), add/delete a section, add/delete pictures, add/delete music to them as long as you are familiar with Flash MX. While most of the parts are relatively easy, adding a section would be a bit more complex and time consuming for beginners. However, our company can customize it for you professionally.
Q: I can't seem to open all the templates that I have downloaded?
A: That could be because you are using a version prior to Flash MX. If the preview of your template sayyour version of Flash MX is good, please contact us and we will resave the file for you. Otherwise you must get the required version.
Q: I get “unexpected file format” when I try to open a template, why?
A: This is because you are not using the required version of Flash.
Q: I don't have the Macromedia Flash software, where can I download it?
A: Please visit Macromedia http://www.macromedia.com/software/ for further information. Please also see eBay for good prices of used versions.
Q: Can I use any other software like MS FrontPage to edit the Flash templates rather than Flash MX?
A: No.

A: Some of them do but some of them don’t. However, you will be able to find alot of web design, template info and tutorials at Web Design Help.
